Delivery of Printed Material
Each order we receive will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Shipping and handling charges
Presently we are offering free shipping. We use First Flight couriers ltd and Indian Post for delivering printed solutions.

Supply within India
Printed notes/solved papers are for sale & supply in India only.

Delivery of Downloadable Products
Normally, we process the order within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation - Printed material
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Order Cancellation - Downloadable Products
If you have not downloaded the product, we can cancel the order.

Refund
If the payment was made by paypal, we can reverse credit to the Credit Card. We can also transfer the payment in your net banking account. Time taken: (1 - 2 weeks)
